It's Monday! What Are You Reading? - July 9

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organize yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

Welcome back to Monday. It's been a week filled with good food, the beach and reading. That's my favorite part of being on vacation--reading. Well, that and writing. I wrote two poems last week and I just finished Chapter 19 of my historical middle grade novel.

Reviews for these books appear in last week's posts:

I finished reading this one for my children's and teen's book blog:

Right now I am reading:

I'm not really feeling either of these books right now, so I might switch back to fiction before too long. If I did, this is what I would read next:

What are you reading?

Nice looking bunch of books. I almost never feel nonfiction and have a few coming up on my stack. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

Being on holiday and good books is a joy. I am more a fiction reader than non fiction reader so fiction is always on the go for me. Whatever you do get stuck into I hope you love it. Do read Dreams of Falling by Karen White at some point because it is so good. Really I am a pretty new fan of hers so I have plenty of her books to back read.

Thanks for paying me a visit today, ladies. Kathy and Kathryn, I used to read only non-fiction. It was the Left Behind series that changed that. Blogging helped too. Kathryn, I am so glad you discovered Karen White. Her work is amazing.
