With Halloween coming up and the holidays not far behind, this seemed like a good choice for my next Kindle freebie spotlight.

WHY I BOUGHT IT: I had read a seasonal short story by this author a couple weeks before I ordered this one. I loved his style and jumped at the chance to pick up this one. Sadly, it got lost in my Kindle list. I hadn't gotten my Kindle Fire yet--though I would the following day and then sync them up. I actually find it easier to keep track of titles on my Kindle 2nd Generation than my Kindle Fire. I like the freedom of setting up collections and filing them.
