My answer to this week's question is an easy one: Anne Shirley from Anne of Green Gables. I've always seen a bit of myself in this curious, imaginative orphan who had an imaginary friend to make up for the lack of any real friends.
Watching Anne blossom from girl to young woman always tugged at my heart. She got into more than her fair share of scrapes thanks to her impulsive behavior and loose tongue. We definitely share that in common.
What fictional character would you like to meet?

I've never read Anne of Green Gables but you just might have convinced me to read it!
I've been to Cavendish, PEI, to see Anne's village. It's magical.
Finally a book I have read. I agree Anne would be one I would like to visit too.
