Welcome to Monday! I hope you had a lovely week. Mine was good. Hectic, but good. Though the real estate market is shifting, we are still seeing price gains here and multiple offers due to low inventory. The dip in interest rates has helped with that.
On Saturday, I went to a local production of Clue. This fabulous local theater used the game of Clue to create a fun and engaging whodunit. If you want to read more about Exit 7 Players, you can find them here. I also finished formatting and editing the first book in a planned series for one of my author friends.
In my reading world, things are chugging along. After finishing 365 Thank Yous, I grabbed this book on Audible and have made it half way through.
I finished Family Gatherings at Promise Lodge on Saturday night. Look for my review on February 20 during Hubbard's virtual book tour.

I grabbed this book on Audible as I continue my professional development for 2023. I am enjoying it so far, but somehow the narrator is stating chapters that are three or more chapters behind what it shows me on the screen. The book only has 14 chapters and an epilogue, but according to Audible I am on Chapter 15 with an hour left. :) Sounds like the narrator is right and the text is wrong.

I've built up 4 credits at Audible and don't know what to use them for. Right now I'm listening to books I got in 2021. I think our local theater group is doing or has recently done Clue too. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
I have used up my Audible credit for this month. My eyes are always bigger than my ears and I see more I want to listen to but I have heaps already! Your real estate market sounds a bit better than ours. Interest rates are up here for those buying.

Happy reading this week! I get all my audio books from my local library. It seems like all the reserves become available at once!
I like Clue and I'm glad the production was good.
I have a very old Audible plan with two credits for a very good price. But mine do not roll over. I have to use them each month. Which is fine by me. :-)
We are seeing a slow down in real estate closings and a low inventory. I suspect it is going to be an interesting year for business.

The real estate market in our area seems...strange. We had a lot of houses go up for sale in the past year, with a huge spectrum of prices (all the of the houses in our neighborhood are one of five home plans, so I don't know why there was such a range), and some houses were snatched up quickly and others sat there for months. It wasn't a case of the less expensive houses being sold earlier, either, so I don't know what was up with that.
We have no plans to move in the foreseeable future, so I'm just a spectator to it all right now! - Melinda @ A Web of Stories
