It's Monday! What Are You Reading? and Mailbox Monday - June 21

Welcome to It's Monday! What Are You Reading? and Mailbox Monday.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organize yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date.

Well, well, well, how are you all doing? I hope the dads out there had a nice Father's Day. We took my husband out to breakfast and he relaxed most of the day; a very well-deserved treat.

My work schedule hasn't allowed for a lot of blogging or reading time, but I managed to finish off this great true crime story. You can read my review here

I am in the middle of these three as well.

I am packing up books for vacation this week.

Mailbox Monday is a meme started by Marcia of To Be Continued. Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week. It now has a permanent home at the Mailbox Monday blog.

I did something I never do... bought a whole bunch of books just for me. I've kept from buying books because I have so many unread ones here, but I really wanted to catch up on the Rocky Bluff P.D. series. It will be good to see what Detective Milligan and Officer Gordon Butler have been up to.

That's it from me. Hope you have a nice week.

I'm glad you enjoyed Death on Ocean Boulevard, that reminds me I should also get around to reading it soon! Hopefully work gives you a little rest this week so you can dive into your new books. I hope you have a lovely start to the week and do drop by my Friday post if you have the time! - Juli @ A Universe in Words

Enjoy your books! I haven't read an F.M. Meredith book in ages!

I hope you get a lot of reading time on vacation! That is probably my favorite part of time off. I will tell you that my kindle kept me from losing it on my flight back from Arizona (and the 3 extra hours I had to spend in the Las Vegas airport). - Melinda @ A Web of Stories

Hope you are going to put some or all of those newly bought books into your vacation bag! It is fun choosing which ones. I love doing tasks like that.

Thanks, Shelleyrae. I feel the same way. So many books. So little time.

Thanks, Juli. Hope you get to check out Caitlin's book soon.

I think you'll really like it, Mary.

Laurel, you are way overdue. I also ordered the latest Deputy Tempe Crabtree novel. Waiting for that one to arrive.

Kathy, you are so good about reading an entire series. Hope you get to pick up one of Marilyn's soon.

Thanks, Yvonne. Hope you enjoy your week.

Melinda, three extra hours in an airport doesn't sound like fun. Glad you had your Kindle.

Kathryn, I think at least some of them will come with me.

Thanks for visiting, everyone. Hope you have a lovely week.

When we share so many reviews to help others, sometimes it seems fine to get books just for us to enjoy. I hope you have a safe and lovely vacation... and get in some good reading.

Thanks. I agree, Martha. Me reading time is important, too.
