Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
I'm not sure I can come up with ten for this week's Top Ten Tuesday, but I'll give it a shot. This week's topic is: Top Ten Longest Books I’ve Ever Read
All 1152 pages of it (I swear it was 1183).
Best book I've ever read.
I still have my mother's copy of this book.
Forced to read it in high school. Never liked it.
These last one I tried my best to read, but could never get through it.

I am seeing a lot of Harry Potter on everyones list this week and it is just a big ol' shame fest for me because I have still yet to read them haha

I do not blame you for not finishing Atlas Shrugged. It was a beast with excessively wordy descriptions.
As for The Stand, your copy might have had 1183 pages, because page length varies depending on edition (Amazon's kindle edition says it has over 1300 pages after all).
Hope you have a great week. - Katie
OMG, Ivanhoe! I fell in love with him when I was in 4th or 5th grade. My post is here https://wordsandpeace.com/2018/10/09/top-ten-longest-books-ive-ever-read/ via @wordsandpeace
Yes, The Stand was a great read.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
You've read some very long books! :-) Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier.
I gave up about 3/4 of the way through Atlas Shrugged. I figured that I'd gotten what I was going to get out of it at that point and just couldn't force myself to finish
The Stand is one of the longest books I have read to be sure. And it went by so fast! I hardly noticed the size. Same with the Harry Potter books. This is a great list! Have a great week!
I read Ivanhoe too and thought it would make my list, but the edition I read wasn't as long as the others that made it. I actually liked this one quite a bit, don't think I'd feel the same today though.
Atlas Shrugged took me a very long time to read. It is not easy at all.
I read The Stand, and it should have been on my list, but I didn't realize it was so long.
Atlas Shrugged took me 3 months to read. The plot was okay, but those speeches were SO TEDIOUS. I nearly gave up a dozen times.
Aj @ Read All The Things!
All the Harry Potter books were on my list this week too!
