Pump Up Your Book's! August 2011 Authors on Tour

Join a talented and diverse group of 32 authors who are touring with Pump Up Your Book! Virtual Book Tours during the month of August 2011.

Follow them as they travel the blogosphere from August 1st through August 26th to discuss their books. These tours include genres for everyone: historical novels, romantic comedies, horror novels, thrillers, and more!

The month of August finds us host to romance novels from Jeanette Baker, Greg Messel, and K.L. Brady. Hazel Statham returns this month to promote two Regency romance novels, “Consequence” and “My Dearest Friend.”

We have some great books for tweens, teens, and young adults in August. Kara Bartley and Theresa Wallace talk about their YA fantasy novels, while Elizabeth Parkinson Bellows promotes the first book in her middle grade fantasy series, “Alexander Drake’s Extraordinary Pursuit.” In nonfiction, Sherree Funk tours with her guided Bible study for teens, “Peter: Rock Star from Galilee.”

Women’s fiction comes to you from Debra Brenegan, Helen Laibach, Susan Still and Alretha Thomas. We also have some wonderful literary fiction titles from Lilian Duval, Phyllis Schieber, and Bonnie Trachtenberg. Thrillers are being promoted by co-authors David Fett and Stephen Landford, L.L. Reaper, and Pamela Samuels Young.

Also on tour are Melanie Benjamin, F.J. Dagg, Benjamin Kane Ethridge, Dr. Jeri Fink, Joseph Garraty, James Mace, Malcolm Petteway, Caridad Pineiro, and Paula Wiseman.

On the nonfiction front, you’ll find self-help books from Michael Martel and Lynne McTaggart. Chamed continues to promote her survival memoir, “My Heart Stopped Beating,” and Tom McLaughlin returns with his travel journal, “Borneo Tom.”
