The Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge is hosted by Long and Short Reviews. They offer this blog hop as a weekly prompt to help you gain new friends and visitors. You don't have to participate every week, but if you decide to post and join the blog hop for a week, Long and Short Reviews asks that you share your link on their weekly post on their website (it will be the top post on the home page each Wednesday morning). The link list remains open for new links for 48 hours. Visit the other bloggers participating to see what they discuss that week. Comments are appreciated.
Happy Wednesday! I'm still catching up this week, but I will visit my blogging friends once I have time.
Today, we are talking about something we wish we were better at doing. Oh my, that is a very long list for me. I will stick with the top three:
- Drawing/painting/crafting in general
- Gardening
- Self-care

I've tried painting. I saw some watercolour tutorials and they looked super easy... it wasn't good 🤣
ReplyDeleteLOL! You are so funny, George. I tried one of those sip and paint events. Let's just say that canvas is tucked in a drawer. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteI wish I could paint, too!
ReplyDeleteIt would be so neat to do something creative like that, Lydia. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteGardening! It is the journey, it is the getting your hands in the dirt.
ReplyDeleteBut, I understand the wanting to be better: my garden produces miniature vegetables, like really tiny carrots and watermelon. 🙄
I think I've given up on carrots. Our soil is so rocky, they never turn out right. It is still fun to work in the garden, though. Thanks for visiting, Rebecca.
DeleteOoh art is such a great way to unwind and can even be part of your self care. But everything that is any kind of skill sure does take time and effort to improve! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteJulie @ Chapter Break
It definitely takes time and effort, Julie. Thanks for visiting today.
DeleteA painter friend of mine said once that "if people learned to paint, they would be more patient, and peaceful". It always stuck with me...
ReplyDeleteWhat a great thought, Rudiano. Thanks for sharing.
